Demos & downloads
Everything running live, so you can look before you install. Nothing here needs a licence key — the demos are open.
The platform
| What | Link |
|---|---|
| Product & buy site | https://multischoolerp.com |
| Live demo — landing page | https://demo.multischoolerp.com |
| Live demo — sign in | https://demo.multischoolerp.com/login |
The demo landing page is itself built with the platform's own landing page builder — what you see there is what you can produce.
The demo is a working installation. Sign in and move around it exactly as a school would.
It is a shared demo
Other people are in there at the same time. Data changes and gets reset. Treat it as a showroom, not a sandbox for your own school's records.
School websites
Each school on the platform can publish its own public website, on its own domain. Two live examples, both built with the section builder rather than hand-coded:
| School | Link |
|---|---|
| School A | https://schoola.multischoolerp.com |
| School B | https://schoolb.multischoolerp.com |
They run on the same installation. That is the point — one platform, separate sites, separate branding.
The mobile apps
Three apps, each for a different audience. See what this system is for what each one does.
| App | Who it is for | Download |
|---|---|---|
| Student & Parent | Families | StudentParent-PW-v3.5.apk |
| Staff | Teachers and office staff | Staff-PWS-v3.5.apk |
| Bus Driver | Drivers | PW-Bus-Driver-v3.5.apk |
Android will warn you about these
They are direct .apk downloads, not Play Store installs, so Android asks you to allow installation from an unknown source. That warning is expected for any app installed outside the store.
Published builds from the Play Store and App Store do not show it — see distributing the apps.
Sign in to the apps with the demo credentials from the live demo.
The biometric agent
| What | Download |
|---|---|
| Windows biometric agent | ProjectworldsBiometric_Setup.exe |
This runs on a PC inside the school, next to the attendance device. It reads punches from the machine and pushes them up to the server.
This is why biometric attendance works on shared hosting
The server never reaches out to the device — the agent inside the school does the talking. No fixed IP, no open ports, no VPS requirement. See which hosting do I need.

When you contact support
Have these ready — it removes an entire round trip:
- Your purchase code or order reference
- Where it is installed — shared hosting or VPS, and which panel
- Your PHP version
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead
- The Error ID if the screen showed one, or the last few lines of
storage/logs/laravel.log
Check these two things first
Most reported faults are one of them:
- The cron job is not running — nothing queued ever sends: no email, no SMS, no invoices, no reminders, no background imports
- The application key does not match the database that was shipped with it — saved gateway and SMTP credentials read as corrupted
Version note
The download links above point at the current demo build. Version numbers in the filenames change with each release, so a link you saved months ago may 404 — come back to this page for the current one.
