Platform settings
Your platform's own name, logo and country. Small screen, quick job — but do it before you create schools, because it is what everyone sees while they wait for their own branding. 10 minutes.

What to fill in
| Field | What it is | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Site Name | Your platform's name | Appears in the browser tab, on login screens and in emails |
| Platform Country | Where your business is based | Sets the default dialling code for phone numbers |
| Footer Text | The line at the bottom of pages | Usually your company name and the year |
| Site Logo | PNG or JPG | Shown on the panel and login screens |
| Site Favicon | .ico or .png | The tiny icon in the browser tab |
Then press Save Branding.
Use a logo that works on a white background
It appears on light screens throughout the panel. A logo designed for a dark website often disappears. A transparent PNG is safest.
This is your branding, not a school's
Worth being clear about, because the two get confused:
| Set by | Shown | |
|---|---|---|
| Platform branding (this page) | You | On your platform address, and to any school with no branding of its own |
| School branding | Each school | Inside that school's panel, in its apps, and on its own domain |
A school on its own custom domain shows its logo and name there — not yours. That is the white-label feature working as intended.
What is not on this page
Two settings people look for here and do not find, because they belong to each school rather than to the platform:
| Setting | Where it lives | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Currency | Each school's own settings | Fees, receipts and reports use the school's currency |
| Time zone | Each school's own settings | Attendance and reports use the school's local time |
Get each school's time zone right on day one
Attendance, punch-in times and daily reports are all worked out in the school's time zone. A school left on the wrong one records attendance against the wrong day — and the mistake only becomes obvious weeks later, in reports nobody can reconcile.
Set it when you create the school, not afterwards.
Do this before creating schools
The site name and logo show up in emails sent to school admins — including the first one they ever receive. Setting them afterwards means your earliest customers got messages branded with placeholder text.
