Reports
Around forty reports, grouped seven ways. This page is a map, so you can find the one you need instead of opening nine.
Sidebar → Reports
You see only the groups your role allows. An accountant sees Finance; a teacher sees almost none of this.
Most reports filter by class, section and a date range, and export to Excel or PDF.
Finance
The largest group, and the one school owners live in.

The three that answer most questions
Daily Collection for "what did we take today", Defaulters List for "who do we chase", Monthly Summary for the management meeting. The rest are for when one of those raises a question.
Cancelled Receipts is the one to check regularly
Reverting a payment is a legitimate correction and also the obvious way to hide one. Reading this report monthly is the cheapest financial control you have.

Put the Teacher Submission Report in someone's morning routine
It is the only report here that prevents a problem rather than describing one. Opened at 10am, it names the sections with no register — while the day can still be fixed.
Module reports
Only appear if you have the module:
| Report | Answers |
|---|---|
| Library Issues | Books out, and overdue |
| Transport List | Who is on which route |
| Hostel Occupancy | Rooms allocated and beds free |
| Inventory Stock | Current stock levels |
| Email/SMS Deliverability | Whether your messages are arriving |
Check deliverability before you trust any messaging
Schools discover message failures through angry parents. This report shows delivery rates and errors directly. Look at it after your first big send, not after the first complaint.
System logs
| Report | Answers |
|---|---|
| User Login Report | Who signed in, from what device and where |
| Generated Documents | Every certificate and ID card produced |
The login report settles disputes
"Nobody else uses my account" is a claim. This report is evidence. It is also how you spot a shared login — one account signing in from four devices in a morning.
Reading a report for a past year
Switch the session indicator in the topbar and reports follow it. Remember that a closed year reports its register — everyone enrolled that year, including students who have since left — so historical counts are legitimately higher than today's class lists.
Fee reports are not filed by academic year
Fees carry no session key. A fee report reflects the fee groups a student is on, whenever they were assigned — not "this year's fees".
If your fee groups are named per year, as fee setup recommends, you can read them correctly. If everything is on one group called "Tuition", the numbers cannot be split by year at all.
Common problems
| What you see | Cause |
|---|---|
| A whole group of reports is missing | Your role lacks that reports permission |
| A module report is missing | The module is not in your plan |
| A report is empty | The filters — usually a date range or a class with no data |
| Historical numbers look too high | A closed year reports its full register, including leavers |
| Fee totals do not match a year | Fees are not filed by academic year |
| An export downloads but will not open | Try the other format — most reports offer Excel and PDF |
| Attendance percentages look wrong | Days with no register taken are not the same as days everyone was absent |
